- 1 cup rice
- 4 cups slightly expired goat milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup raisins

Instructions

In a medium saucepan, bring the goat milk to a simmer over medium heat.

Add the rice and stir to combine.

Reduce the heat to low and cover the saucepan with a lid.

Let the mixture simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent the rice from sticking to the bottom.

Add the sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and raisins to the saucepan and stir well.

Continue to cook for another 10-15 minutes, until the rice is tender and the mixture has thickened.
