Ingredients

  • 2 cups slightly expired goat milk
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, etc.)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until translucent
