- 2 cups slightly expired goat milk
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup cooked chickpeas
- 1 cup chopped vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, etc.)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish

In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until translucent
