- 1/2 cup expired goat milk (7 days after expiry)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Reduce the heat to low and pour in the expired goat milk. Stir and heat until warmed through.
