Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 200g Gloucester Cheese, grated
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Place the pre-made pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish.

Spread the grated Gloucester Cheese evenly over the bottom of the pie crust.

Top the cheese with the steamed broccoli florets.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and paprika.

Pour the egg mixture over the cheese and broccoli in the pie crust.
