Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 200g expired Gloucester Cheese (opened, but safe to consume)
  • 2 ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Place the bread slices on a baking sheet.

Spread butter on each slice of bread.

Layer the sliced tomatoes on top of the buttered bread.

Grate the expired Gloucester Cheese and sprinkle it evenly over the tomato slices.

Sprinkle dried oregano, salt, and pepper on top of the cheese.
