- 4 slices of bread
- 200g expired Gloucester Cheese (opened, but safe to consume)
- 2 ripe tomatoes, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Place the bread slices on a baking sheet.

Spread butter on each slice of bread.
