  • 1 Frozen Tv Dinner Lasagna (expired but still safe to consume)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Instructions

Thaw the frozen lasagna in the refrigerator overnight.

Remove the lasagna from the packaging and cut it into small pieces.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
