- 1 lb frozen chicken, thawed and cut into strips
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
