Ingredients

  • 4 slightly expired frozen burritos
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup black beans
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place the frozen burritos on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
