A delicious casserole that uses expired frozen burritos, ensuring food safety by baking them at a high temperature.
Ingredients
- 4 expired frozen burritos
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Remove the frozen burritos from their packaging and place them in a baking dish.
In a bowl, mix together the diced tomatoes, onions, black olives, cilantro, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Spread the tomato mixture over the burritos, ensuring they are fully covered.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the casserole.
