Ingredients

  • 2 cups slightly expired frozen apricots
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

In a saucepan, combine the sugar and water over medium heat. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.

Add the frozen apricots to the saucepan and cook for 5 minutes, or until they become soft.

Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.

Transfer the mixture to a blender and add lemon juice. Blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
