Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen apples, past expiration but safe to consume
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
