Ingredients
- 1 cup expired fresh cut mango, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, finely chopped (any color)
- 1 jalapeno, seeds removed and finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste

In a bowl, combine the expired fresh cut mango, red onion, bell pepper, jalapeno, and cilantro.
