Ingredients

  • 8 large mushrooms
  • 150g feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

Remove the stems from the mushrooms and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, crumble the feta cheese and add the chopped parsley, dill, chives, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Fill each mushroom cap with the feta cheese mixture, pressing it down lightly.
