Instructions

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the diced onion, minced garlic, carrot, and celery. Sauté for 5 minutes until vegetables soften.

Add the expired fermented black beans, vegetable broth, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
