- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup expired elderberry syrup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a small bowl, whisk together the expired elderberry syrup, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper.

Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the elderberry glaze over them, making sure they are well coated.

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.

Remove the foil, baste the chicken with the glaze from the bottom of the dish, and continue baking uncovered for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the glaze has thickened.
