Ingredients

  • 2 pounds potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon expired dried thyme

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, expired dried thyme, salt, and pepper until well coated.
