
Cinnamon Apple Chips
A delicious and healthy snack made with expired dried apples.

Ingredients
- 2 cups dried apples (past expiration date but still safe to consume)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 225°F (110°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the dried apples, ground cinnamon, and granulated sugar (if using). Toss well to coat the apples evenly.
- Arrange the coated apple slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 1 hour, then flip the apple slices and continue baking for another 1-2 hours until they are crispy and slightly golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let the apple chips cool completely before enjoying.
- Store in an airtight container to maintain crispness.
