- 2 cups dried apples (past expiration date but still safe to consume)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar (optional)

Preheat the oven to 225°F (110°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, combine the dried apples, ground cinnamon, and granulated sugar (if using). Toss well to coat the apples evenly.

Arrange the coated apple slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 1 hour, then flip the apple slices and continue baking for another 1-2 hours until they are crispy and slightly golden brown.
