Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 cup dill pickles, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons pickle juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, dill pickles, red bell pepper, red onion, black olives, and fresh dill.
