- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tablespoons chopped expired dill pickles

- Salt and pepper to taste

In a food processor, combine the drained and rinsed chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, chopped expired dill pickles, cumin, salt, and pepper.

Blend until smooth, adding water as needed to achieve the desired consistency.
