
Cup Noodle Stir-Fry
This recipe repurposes expired Cup Noodles into a delicious stir-fry, reducing food waste and ensuring food safety.
Ingredients
- 1 package of expired Cup Noodles
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (e.g., carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Open the package of expired Cup Noodles and discard the seasoning packet.
Break the noodles into smaller pieces.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the mixed vegetables to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
Add the broken Cup Noodles to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the noodles start to crisp up.
In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
Pour the sauce over the stir-fry and stir well to coat everything evenly.
Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes until the noodles are crispy and the vegetables are cooked to your liking.
Serve hot and enjoy!
