Ingredients

  • 1 package of expired Cup Noodles
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (e.g., carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Open the package of expired Cup Noodles and discard the seasoning packet.

Break the noodles into smaller pieces.
