- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fresh berries, for topping

In a bowl, combine the expired coconut milk, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.
