Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup expired chutney
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Instructions

In a bowl, combine the expired chutney, vegetable oil, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
