Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1/2 cup commercially bottled opened chutney
  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chutney, red bell pepper, cucumber, red onion, and cilantro.
