Ingredients

  • 1 can of slightly expired corn
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the corn, flour, onion, bell pepper, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
