Ingredients
- 2 cans of chickpeas
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the onion, garlic, carrot, celery, and red bell pepper to the pot and sauté until the vegetables are softened.
