Ingredients
- 1 can of chickpeas
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Drain and rinse the chickpeas.

In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Pulse until well combined.

Form the mixture into small patties.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Cook the chickpea patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
