Ingredients

  • 2 cups expired canned chicken noodle soup
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli, etc.)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles, for serving

Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
