Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of bread
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup expired Bel Paese Cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, softened butter, and grated Bel Paese Cheese together until well combined.

Cut the loaf of bread in half lengthwise and spread the cheese mixture evenly over each half.
