Ingredients
- 8 large mushrooms
- 1 cup of Bel Paese Cheese, grated
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Remove the stems from the mushrooms and finely chop them.

Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion, garlic and chopped mushroom stems until softened.

Mix in the breadcrumbs and Bel Paese Cheese, season with salt and pepper.

Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture and place on a baking sheet.

Bake for 20 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
