- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 200g Bel Paese Cheese, slightly expired
- 2 large tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Roll out the puff pastry and place it on a baking sheet.

Spread the Bel Paese Cheese evenly over the puff pastry.

Layer the thinly sliced tomatoes on top of the cheese.

Drizzle olive oil over the tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the tomatoes are slightly caramelized.
