  • 1 sheet of frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 200g Beaufort Cheese, grated
  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.

Spread the Dijon mustard evenly over the pastry.
