Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup expired BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, expired BBQ sauce, breadcrumbs, onion, beaten egg, milk, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Shape the mixture into meatballs, approximately 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).

Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
