Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup apple juice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Maple syrup for serving

Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the apple juice, vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
