Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked vegetables (such as peas, carrots, and corn)
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.

Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
