  • 1 cup smoked salmon, commercially vacuum packaged, opened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pie crust

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
