Ingredients
- 2 expired uncooked sausages
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Remove the sausages from their casings and crumble the meat.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the crumbled sausages to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula.

Add the sliced bell pepper, onion, and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper.

Pour the sauce over the sausage and vegetable mixture in the skillet. Stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes until everything is well coated and heated through.
