Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup sliced carrot
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced slightly expired Preserved Radish Takuan
  • 2 tablespoons sesame dressing

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, cucumber, carrot, red onion, and Preserved Radish Takuan slices.
