Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed salad greens
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
- 1/2 cup sliced carrot
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup sliced slightly expired Preserved Radish Takuan
- 2 tablespoons sesame dressing

In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, cucumber, carrot, red onion, and Preserved Radish Takuan slices.
