Ingredients

  • 2 packs of expired frozen ramen noodles
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the expired frozen ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add onion, bell pepper, carrot, and garlic to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet and toss to combine with the vegetables.

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce and sriracha sauce. Pour the sauce over the noodles and vegetables. Stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
