Ingredients
- 2 packs of expired frozen ramen noodles
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup bok choy, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken or tofu
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Cook the expired frozen ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large pot, bring the chicken or vegetable broth and water to a boil.

Add mushrooms, bok choy, shredded chicken or tofu, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, and grated ginger to the pot. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the cooked ramen noodles to the pot and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
