- 200g dried kelp kombu
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper to taste

1. In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.

2. Add the diced onion, sliced carrots, and minced garlic to the pot. Sauté until the vegetables are softened.
