- 30g expired dried kelp kombu
- 2 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Rinse the expired dried kelp kombu under cold water to remove any impurities.

Soak the kombu in cold water for 10 minutes until it becomes tender.
