Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dip Homemade Using Commercially Packaged Dry Mix (expired but still safe)
  • 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the expired dip mix, chopped spinach, and shredded cheddar cheese.

Spread a quarter of the mixture evenly onto one side of a flour tortilla.

Fold the tortilla in half to create a half-moon shape.

Repeat with the remaining tortillas and mixture.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter.

Place one quesadilla in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the tortilla is crispy and the cheese is melted.

Repeat with the remaining quesadillas, adding more butter to the skillet as needed.
