  • 2 cups expired dehydrated mashed potatoes
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.

In a large bowl, combine the expired dehydrated mashed potatoes with boiling water. Let it sit for 5 minutes to rehydrate.

Add the shredded cheddar cheese, milk, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the rehydrated mashed potatoes. Mix well to combine.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
