Ingredients

  • 4 cups expired calzone (cooked, homemade or takeout)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
