Ingredients
- 2 slightly expired Balut Fertilized Duck Eggs
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup chopped vegetables (carrots, celery, onions)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Crack the Balut Fertilized Duck Eggs into a bowl and set aside.
- 2. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
- 3. Add the chopped vegetables, soy sauce, ginger paste, salt, and pepper to the pot.
- 4. Carefully pour the cracked Balut Fertilized Duck Eggs into the boiling broth.
