Ingredients

  • 200g spaghetti
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (85g) expired smoked oysters, drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the expired smoked oysters to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss well to coat the pasta with the oyster mixture.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Serve the smoked oyster pasta with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
