Ingredients

  • Baguette slices
  • 1 can (85g) expired smoked oysters, drained
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven until lightly golden, about 5-7 minutes.

In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, lemon juice, chopped dill, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
