Ingredients
- 1 can of Smoked Oysters Commercially Canned Unopened
- 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 cups of vegetable stock
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

In a large pot, sauté onion and garlic until they become translucent.

Add the diced potatoes to the pot and stir for a few minutes.

Pour in the vegetable stock. Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce to a simmer until the potatoes are cooked.

Open the can of smoked oysters, drain, and add the oysters to the pot. Simmer for another 5 minutes.

Stir in the heavy cream, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for a further 5 minutes.

Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
