
Cheesy Stuffed Burgers
A delicious and juicy burger stuffed with unopened processed American cheese slices, perfect for a quick meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 unopened processed American cheese slices
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and onion slices for garnish
Instructions
Preheat the grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat.
In a bowl, mix the ground beef, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Divide the ground beef mixture into 8 equal portions.
Take one portion and flatten it into a patty.
Place an unopened processed American cheese slice in the center of the patty.
Cover the cheese with another portion of ground beef and seal the edges, forming a stuffed burger patty.
Repeat the process with the remaining portions of ground beef and cheese slices.
Place the stuffed burger patties on the grill or stovetop pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
Toast the burger buns on the grill or stovetop pan for a minute.
Assemble the burgers by placing a stuffed patty on each bun.
Garnish with lettuce, tomato, and onion slices.
Serve hot and enjoy!
